Diese zu verstehen, ist fur die Aufarbeitung der Stasi-Tatigkeit unentbehrlich. Dieses Nachschlagewerk erklart Begriffe und Kurzbezeichnungen aus dem Kontext der zentralen Erfassung von Personen, der Registrierung von Vorgangen, der zahlreichen Aktenkategorien der Geheimpolizei und der Aktenablage im sogenannten Zentralarchiv.
