Das Buch zeigt, wie Lebenserfahrungen in Gebeten zum Ausdruck kommen, und was fur den Alltag und fur besonders herausfordernde Lebenssituationen starkt. Die Gebete konnen dem eigenen Bitten und Fragen, Klagen und Danken eine Sprache geben und dazu ermutigen, selbst den Moment in Worte zu fassen.
