Jahrhunderts hat. Dabei ist Gewalt nicht einfach nur ein Topos, sondern Teil der Lebenswelt des Publikums und dient daruber hinaus zu dessen Unterhaltung. Denn die Hagiographen prasentieren ihrem Publikum spannende und einpragsame Gewaltgeschichten, die uberraschend zeitlos erscheinen.
