English summary: The Flemish Croy-Arenberg Book of Hours, a masterpiece of the Ghent-Bruges school, contains an iconographically extraordinary Dance of Death. It is found on the inferior margin of the section on vigils and is constituted of 75 illuminated medallions. The number of persons participating in the dance and the iconography of probably French origin, but with distinctly Flemish details, are presented to us in an exceptional manuscript of superior quality. French text.
