English summary: This bibliography, based on the documentary autopsy principle, contains a complete list of the approximately 3,600 publications published in Germany and in German language respectively between 1780 and 1850 dealing with natural law and the philosophy of law. Diethelm Klippel has thus made it possible for researchers in the humanities (in particular legal and constitutional history, the history of philosophy and the history of political theories) to determine the contribution made by natural law and legal philosophy to the definitive discussions of the time. German description: Die auf dem Prinzip der dokumentarischen Autopsie beruhende Bibliographie weist mit dem Ziel der Vollstandigkeit ca. 3600 in Deutschland bzw. in deutscher Sprache erschienene Veroffentlichungen auf dem Gebiet des Naturrechts und der Rechtsphilosophie nach, die zwischen 1780 und 1850 erschienen sind; zusatzlich sind zahlreiche Rezensionen aufgenommen. Die Bibliographie, die neben der systematischen Gliederung durch Sach- und Personenregister erschlossen ist, lasst Schwerpunkte dieses Teilbereichs der Rechtswissenschaft und der Philosophie deutlich werden (u.a. Allgemeines Staatsrecht und Allgemeine Staatslehre, Gesetzgebungstheorie, Menschen- und Burgerrechte, Strafrecht und Volkerrecht) und zeigt, dass naturrechtlich-rechtsphilosophisches Denken in Deutschland keinesfalls, wie haufig behauptet, um 1800 abstirbt. Sie ermoglicht es der geisteswissenschaftlichen Forschung (insbesondere Rechts- und Verfassungsgeschichte, Philosophiegeschichte und Geschichte der politischen Theorien), den naturrechtlich-rechtsphilosophischen Beitrag zu massgeblichen Diskursen der Zeit zu erfassen.
