Cet ouvrage presente les Actes du XXVIIIe Congres International de l’Association des Societes de Philosophie de Langue Francaise, qui s’est tenu a l’Universite de Bologne du 29 aout au 2 septembre 2000 sur le theme la philosophie et la paix . Ces articles reunis dans ces volumes retracent la comprehension de la notion de Paix, d’abord de facon historique (du monde antique au monde moderne), ensuite eu egard aux grandes problematiques qui la parcourent, et enfin dans ses relations a la culture et aux religions. Tous ces articles constituent une somme exhaustive inedite sur la Paix et sur les conceptions philosophiques auxquelles elle a donne lieu.
