Anhand programmatischer Texte wie Einzeluntersuchungen zeigt Stephan Wolting die besondere Ruckbezuglichkeit von Literatur aus der Fremde und formalen Moglichkeiten eines asthetischen Fremdstellens (Stichwort: Fiktion) innerhalb ausgewahlter Beispiele der deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur auf.
Otherness in their many facets and most varied forms have repeatedly “come up for discussion” on an interdisciplinary level in recent decades. However, the consideration of the interrelationship of motivic, biographical or whatever strange and aesthetic-literary form occupies a rather subordinate position, which is prematurely characterized with the term “alienation” in also various forms. On the basis of programmatic texts such as individual investigations, this work attempts to show the special reciprocity of “literature from abroad” and formal possibilities of an aesthetic “alienation” (keyword: fiction) within selected examples of contemporary German-language literature.
Stephan Wolting ist ordentlicher Professor (Ordinarius) und Lehrstuhlleiter für Interkulturelle Kommunikation am Institut für Angewandte Linguistik der Adam-Mickiewicz-Universität in Poznań, Polen. Er beschäftigt sich mit dem Zusammenhang von Literatur, Literaturwissenschaft und Literaturkritik.
