Contemporary Issues in Book and Paper Conservation

The papers in this volume were presented at the Icon Book & Paper Group Third Triennial Conference 2021 entitled Mod Cons: Modern Conservation. Modern Conveniences. Modern Constraints. Topics include: decolonisation; new treatments; educational programmes; business models; sustainability initiatives and frameworks. The scope of the work provides potential lessons and inspiration, and offers the opportunity for reflection on different approaches.
