The Churburg in Upper Vinschgau is one of the richest furnished castles of Tirol. The climax of the visit is the European famous armory chamber. The author presents the 750-year-old history of the Churburg, which since the 16th century is in the possession of the aristocratic Trapp family. The family will until today live and maintain this house. Superb pictures illustrate the tour through the castle with the impressive arcaded courtyard.
