Schiler & Mücke publishes in the political & social sciences, exile & migration literature, and arabic literature. Regional focus points are the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa, Germany, and Europe. Schiler & Mücke also publishes series of scientific works, non-fiction, belletristics and poetry. In the fiction department they focus on younger international authors. Several of Schiler & Mücke’s authors have received prestigious German or international literature awards.
