Hegel entend le droit en son sens le plus large comme un droit naturel, en ce sens que ce droit est comme une seconde nature , Esprit objectif portant les marques de la naturalite (la famille, le Prince), et non pas Esprit absolu, absolument libre. On examine donc le rapport du droit hegelien au droit positif des juristes, a la morale et au droit du particulier, avant de presenter le rapport de l’Etat a la societe civile qu’il englobe.
