English Summary: The volume contains fragments of comedy poets written in the 4th century BC. and whose biography and work we know nothing except Araros, the son of Aristophanes. The fragments reflect the contemporary literary style. The colloquial verses are partially enriched with epic or tragic quotations; they often contain mythological parodies, gastronomic indulgences and satirical representations of contemporary behavior, often written in a fine ironic tone. The aim of the series is, on the one hand, to open up the usually very demanding and difficult-to-understand fragments from a variety of perspectives, on the other hand, where possible, to attempt a reconstruction of the pieces and to make a literary-historical classification of the authors. The fragments and testimony are translated to it. German Description: Der Band enthalt Fragmente von Komodiendichtern, die im 4. Jh. v.
