English summary: This author invites everyone who is working in medicine, from GP to social worker, to reflect on the relationship to their patients and to optimize their behaviour. The relationship between GP and patient is the basis for every medical action. Medical effectiveness and other support is closely linked with the cognitive and emotional factors of interaction between GP and patient. The essays in this book ask, what makes a good GP and shed light from various points of views on the relationship to the patient: beginning with the process of interaction in the brain, the meaning of placebo linked to the expectations of the patients, the interaction during psychotherapeutic treatment, the special quality of medical contact with migrants. Reports from nurses, physiotherapists and nutrionists give insight into their valuable experiences. German text. Medizinisch wirksame Effekte der Medikamentenbehandlung und anderer Massnahmen stehen in engem Zusammenhang mit kognitiven und emotionalen Faktoren der Interaktion zwischen Arzt und Patient. Die Beitrage dieses Bandes fragen danach, wie ein guter Arzt sein muss, und beleuchten die vielfaltigen Facetten der Beziehung zum Patienten: etwa die Interaktionsprozesse auf der Gehirnebene, die Bedeutung der Placeboreaktion fur die Erwartungshaltung des Patienten an den Arzt, das Geschehen wahrend psychotherapeutischer Behandlungen, die Besonderheiten beim arztlichen Kontakt mit Migranten. Berichte von Krankenschwestern, Physiotherapeuten und Ernahrungsberatern thematisieren die jeweils eigene Sicht ihrer Beziehung zum Patienten und geben wertvolle Erfahrungen weiter.
