Undena Publications
When Undena started in 1973, its goal was to bring the market of scholarly publishing under the control of scholars. It used simple new typesetting and printing techniques that were just then being made available, and it experimented with innovative distribution methods. Undena publishes volumes on the Ancient Near East, Medieval and Modern Near East, and Afroasiatic languages. Its series Bibliotheca Mesopotamica is devoted to primary sources and interpretive analyses for the study of Mesopotamian civilization and its influence, from late prehistoric times to the end of the cuneiform tradition.
